Buy it on the open market.

Rule of thumb - if you are able to buy at the IPO price, you didn't want it anyway. :)

Typically, there will be a pullback a couple of hours after it starts trading. This is the best time to get in if it's going to wind up higher on the day. I'd avoid buying on the open, unless you want to start a small position just to get your foot in the door.
