Nice charts, Susan. Thanks for posting them. The weekly chart of the NDX suggests a possible retest of the Sept. low at some point (and I'm not talking about the short term, where a bounce is possible). The weekly chart's lower highs within a steady downtrend do not at all suggest a "new bull market."
