Not familiar with the industry, not able to comment ... but, i recognise this from the Commerzwaffe assault i know - 'to help industries that have been harmed by a surge in imports. '

You know how the yeller pine lobby was able to show a 'surge in imports' for our lumber - by comparing 2Q01 against 1Q01 .... which is absurd to anyone who knows anything of the industry, since first quarter of the year is always the deadest market, with major volume in the second quarter, just because of seasonal variation on building starts, and the fact that framing lumber is used early on in the process

And yeah, understanding the stench of Washington corruption as we do now, you betcha we lean to picking other horses in other races
