Everyone I spoke with Troy Taylor at RMJ yesterday. Skipper was busy, but Troy seemed to be very knowledgeable about CLYC. Not much new was given to me that I didn't already know. Troy did tell me that the company decided not to release May sales figures after all. They are going to wait and release all financial information with their audited financials for the first two quarters of '97. Troy said that the company is making a determined effort to get the audited results out before mid-August. In my mind it is crucial that the company must deliver the audited financials before mid-August. After the '96 financials delays this will be a tremendous sign from management that they are making a commitment to shareholders to provide us with timely company information. If the company does not deliver the financials by this time I will be sorely disappointed. Troy did mention that Catalyst was still in the process of arranging distribution agreements with two of the top four distributors in the country. Hopefully we'll be getting news on this front soon. I can wait until mid-August to see what happens. Anyways there is no way I would sell at current levels because CLYC is currently undervalued in my opinion. Hopefully we'll see some news followed by gains in the next few weeks.
