Thanks Bob... the one surprising thing is that ORCL continues to slide in spite of solid earnings, and positive cash flow etc.etc. Considering the LE owns about 24% of the company and that he has a substantial amount of cash from his last payday +700 mil, why would he not take ORCL private at these prices? He could do an IPO a couple of years down the road at much higher prices. Good luck on your naked puts... Jerome
