Fortunately, I believe I can answer that question. No and yes. That is, you can't say tech has bottomed yet (does something like WCOM or LU remind you of GW in the olden days yet?) but it definitely is cheap. Why, you can buy WCOM at about a 75% discount to its price just 6 months ago, so it's cheap. The real question is linked to the first question. Hokay, so it's cheap, but will it get cheaper?

My particular brand of voodoo says WCOM is at a tradeable bottom here, but nothing more significant until more data rolls in and more indicators spell reversal.
