Acquires DBCORP Information Systems Inc.

acquisition of DBCORP, a Western Canada-based provider of database
solutions.
DBCORP's services range from remote database administration to
performance tuning and database security. Over the past ten years,

platforms. The cornerstone of DBCORP's service offering is its
DBAdvantage database services, a suite of flexible service levels
