That's not the point, IMO. The point is that this is a public forum (as long as you are an SI member), so none of the posts are spam, IMO, except where someone is posting the same message on several boards with an intent to get a financial reward from doing it. BTW, that is another part of the definition of spam i.e. they are sent with an intention to make money one way or another. And, according to SI Jeff, that is their definition of spam too. That's why they have the 20 posts per six hours rule, but they don't enforce it unless the posts are advertising something.
BTW, do you know why it's called spam?
