Thanks, Charles. Didn't mean to put you on the spot but your straight input is appreciated by me and others on this thread, I'm sure. Have been disappointed after the fall off of SUNW from the 10 area but it looks like it may consolidate in here. Hopefully, earnings report will be based on quality numbers and guidance will be a healthy positive. And hopefully the judge will look favorably on 'just' MSFT penalties as opposed to a 'reward'. fns
