I over did it, I did guess that was a result of search Engine but could not believe that you would post the links without really really reading them.
I read the pages that I linked, and posted some excerpts from them. I obviously have not done any genetic studies, but the idea that many of the Russian, Ukrainian, Lithanian and Polish Jews are descendant of Europeans, not original biblical Jews (who like arabs have darker skin) seems intuitive, since that's what I can observe with my own eyes, when I ask my Jewish friends where they are from.
What conclusion people with anti-semitic agenda draw from it, is their business.
BTW, I ordered the book I linked from Amazon (The Thirteenth Tribe : The Khazar Empire and Its Heritage). It is just 10 bucks. I read some of the reviews posted on Amazon and elsewhere. Apparently the author is a Hungarian Jew, and he claims that most Hungarian Jews are descendants of Khazars.
On the other hand, and this is a sample of 1 (actually 2), the only Jewish people I knew as a child living in western Slovakia (my mom's best friend and her family) looked definitely middle eastern.
