You're right. I was a bit strong. I should have cooled off before posting. I really don't much like being called a racist. I have never spoken a single word of hatred against the Jewish people. There was not one line in what I wrote to Neo that ever suggested or implyed that any race was inferior to another, or that I hated them. It began as a simple statement of the obvious: that in ancient biblical times different nations enslaved and slaughtered one another, and these facts are recorded. He changed it into a polemic on modern day Judaism, and intentionally steered it toward a racial dichotomy. The Torah is full of racial hatred-and not only from the Israelites, although it is their history. Everyone was enslaving and subjugating everybody else. Some of the descriptions of torture are just beyond comprehension. No. I don't like being called a racist. I cannot imagine prejudging anyone because of their colour or nationality. But I should have counted to 5000<ggg>! It was an emotional swing, and your criticism is justified. Sorry.
