AOL Time Warner (NYSE: AOL - news) fell 5.3% to $19.61, a new all-time low for the shares. The media giant made more management changes at the company's online unit, worrying investors that quarterly results will fall short of expectations, said Morningstar stock analyst George Nichols. Growth has slowed in the company's online-subscriber base, but 74% of AOL Time Warner's cash flow comes from nononline businesses, Nichols said. The stock is quite cheap right now, trading 30% below Morningstar's fair value of $30 per share, and investors should resist panic-selling, he said.
