As long as the 20 indications were the ones that took place in May and earlier, I'm less concerned. The declaration of a future intent to sell shares is not necessarily worrisome. It's required by the SEC to indicate that the motive for the stock holding is investment and not acquisition.

However, where are all the RSYS bulls now that we need them? Do they know something we don't know. Hopefully, Darrell, Tnsplyr, etc., are all on vacation and have not fled a sinking ship.

Actually, the concern over WIND is misplaced. The real cojmpetitor to RSYS and Intel is Motorola. Any good news for Motorola (like today), which uses its own bus for embedded designs, is bad news for embedded designs using the Intel bus. (I have kind of mixed feelings. Though my pocketbook is with RSYS, I hope the arrogant Intel chokes on itself!)
