Lets 'unload' the term debt. Debt has a negative connotation. I admit it does for me. But I try not to lose my perspectives of how the world works, because of that. We all put money in the bank, get paid a certain rate and make available this money to be lent to whoever need -or thinks he needs more money than he actually have.
