Dennis: If the 700 Mhz spectrum goes cheap, how can they expect to collect the full auction 35 bid prices? The FCC has said that if the bids do not garner over something like 2.5 Billion, then the auction will be voided! Auction 35 Nextwave bids will be voided IMO! PCSTEL
