MENT is a sick company. Some kind of shock therapy is needed and change of CEO should be the start. Under the current CEO MENT has gone from a close second in the EDA industry to a hopeless #3 and will be surpassed by AVNT very soon. CDN, SNPS and AVNT all have excellent management which is the difference. MENT's CEO did all kind of things to shrink revenue and yet was entitled to option repricing. This is a loud and clear signal about the quality of the management and the board.
