Congress is only divided 50/50 when it concerns the interests of America and the American people. When it concerns the interest of Israel there is solid unity in both the Senate and the House. Votes concerning the interest of Israel always get near 100% in favor of whatever the Jewish-American lobby demands. There is solid consensus in Congress when it comes to the Israeli agenda. The American taxpayers have been milked for over $100 billion in welfare payments for this Jewish theological enterprise in Palestine.

It is obvious that the AIPAC agenda counts more than the interests of the American people.
