The taint of official misconduct is pretty telling, as is the use of "rat-shot", a non-traceable device. Like, what are the chances that Cliff Baxter would feel a need to cover his own tracks? This one stinks to high heaven. There are too many unanswered questions, and too much evidence of official misconduct. -Ray
