There are many bubbles and mini-bubbles. The lastest are the defense and security bubbles. The anthrax bubble didn't last too long, but stocks that had anything to do with detecting or antidoting anthrax really flew for a short while. Remember the linux bubble, and the fuel cell bubble? We almost had a gold bubble, but it seems to be fading away already.
