You should "investigate" on your own ... Sorry. I'm retired and really don't have the time for that kind of stuff anymore. Since you seem to be camped out on these threads, you must be in between important consulting jobs and therefore should have plenty of time to explain this critical phenomena. Plus, I'd rather hear a detailed explanation from a real hands on expert rather than some of the BWDs "buzz word droppers" and BSAs "bull shit artists" that you run across on these threads. So...what is this PFET instability that gets so out of hand with a .05V increase in Vdd?? THE WATSONYOUTH
