This one is the same as IPM, DBM, Destroyed By Management
If Johnson would have just worked on removing the free metals XTCI would have been a great success, but instead he has the idea that his formula worked and it's plain to see that , that isn't true. That technology just doesn't exist at this time, Will it ever exist?, probably , but i believe at this date no one know when that will be.
