Speaking of the SEC, they are only just beginning to wake up to the issue of big investment houses shilling for their customers through their "analyst" ratings. It's the New York State AG that's dragging them kicking and screaming--no, shaming them-- into paying some attention to an issue that has been a topic on SI for at least four years. IMO, Eliot Spitzer, if he keeps up his current act since 9/11, has a great future.
