Rally is perfectly consistent with the scenario I outlined yesterday. So long as the lows of yesterday are not breached -- and it looks good so far -- my best guess is that we have 75% probability of closing at or near the highs. I would guess that we close between $33.75 to $34.50 on the QQQs. INTC needs to come around for that to happen.
