Distasteful (pardon the pun) but not criminal. I don't think he was charged with a crime in this regard. He was impeached which is a political process. He shouldn't have been asked.... Sorry, the highest Court in the land decided otherwise. Hence, it was his duty to answer truthfully. The rule of law is a tradition in this country. and he shouldn't have lied to Congress when they insisted on knowing Actually, he lied to a judge, a federal prosecutor and a federal grand jury. That's much worse. If it's not a metric, it ought to be. No more scumbags in the WH. Period.
