I doubt that fact has escaped anyone, certainly not the investors or participants on this message board. What has escaped you and the rest of the MSFT bashers is that liability of some sort does not automatically equate to draconian remedies.

This is a fairly simple concept. For example, I have been found guilty of speeding while driving (in my younger years). They didn't take my car, my house and my first born. They match the remedy to the infraction. And, that's exactly what the DOJ and the rest of the states have done.

Get that through your lower bell curve pea-brain, ok?
