End of the Arafat era?

- Secretary of State Colin Powell was reviewing whether to go ahead with talks with Yasser Arafat after a Palestinian suicide bombing in Jerusalem killed six people, the State Department said on Friday.

Boucher was apparently leaving open the possibility the meeting could be canceled. He did not elaborate. The White House has called on Arafat to denounce the bombing, carried out by a group linked to his mainstream Fatah faction
