Financial / High Point Energy High Point Energy Corp. (CDNX:HPE) CALGARY, April 12 /CNW/ - High Point Energy Corp. ("High Point") (CDNX:HPE.A) At the Company's Annual Shareholders Meeting held on April 9, 2002 the Articles were amended, whereby the Class A common shares have been re-designated into common shares of the Company on a one for one basis. Effective Monday, April 15, 2002, the Company's common shares will commence trading under the symbol HPE on the Canadian Venture Exchange in place of the Class A common shares. Total issued and outstanding common shares are 35,655,274.
