However, he is far from the primary cause of the violence. The mind set of some Muslim fundamentalists have led to slaughters throughout the MUSLIM world --Egypt, Algeria, Afghanistan--. I think when you place Sharon as the "primary" cause, you are not only incorrect, but unnecessarily provocative. Indeed, what I fear is that some nutty Israelis will begin terrorism of the Arab/Israeli population. We should be grateful that the western mentality is different. Wake up, Jerome! These are the people that executed 9/11! There was dancing in the streets of Palestine while flags were half-mast in Israel. What more do you need to know! fred
