Japan land bubble is still in play.

Very true. While the price of land has fallen, the government is still choking the supply of land through zoning laws. This keeps prices artificially high.

For a company with negative net worth, $4.93 billion might seem perhaps a tad rich. Don't even get me started about Yahoo trading a 12x sales, 150x earnings and a PEG of 7.38.
