Actually a lot of my friends are jewish. But they are modern jews. Very nice people and most of them not religious at all (at least not religious that anyone can see in their views). Their hope has been that the modern jews in Israel would eventually outnumber the orthodox jews and eventually get the peace that they want. Unfortunately I think I see the reverse happening...
