Hi Jorj,

Quick question for you or any other thread members...

Money market rates, CDs, etc. currently pay somewhere south of 2% depending upon the duration of the underlying investment vehicle. Dividend yields on common stocks are at or near their all-time lows, also south of 2% annualized. I was wondering what the current yields might be (average or mean) on preferreds. Anyone know of any website that offers some good insight into preferreds? Any good reading material on the subject, such as books or noteworthy articles? Thanks in advance for any information.
