How does someone make a citizens arrest for this new INternational Criminal Court? Given everything going on, I am wondering about how I can indict the Dutch military people for their role in Bosnians slaughter. Their is a precedent now in Belgium. Also, perhaps the UN should be indicted on the same charges. The problems must go up to the top. I have a vision. There is Bob Barker, the spokesperson for the International Criminal Court. He opens an envelope and says..."Kofi Anan, Come on Down, Your are next contestant on, let's lynch a leader!"
