Didja see that 2'x2' chunk of sheet metal?

There you go.

Airliner.

You see, what happens is this (and lay people can't understand the physics of it), when an aircraft betokens the skaddiddly-demon over the whomp-factor at the zee-speed, especially from fractally-generated zoomwhap image-connoited vector, you get tremendous compressionary froomp-wise pressures.

That produces a nice, compact sheet of a particular kind of metal called "excusium", which answers all the questions.

It's rather amazing. But we've seen this, here at the FAA, quite often.
