So given the nature of disparity, do you think a spinoff of the consumer division would be beneficial to the company? Lack of focus is not positive for the health of any company.

IMHO, MGXI should position itself in the corporate market because it's where money is. There are only a few s/w titles that are completely consumer oriented (i.e. CreataCard, Crayola, etc...) Since they don't seem to contribute earning to the company, why not just discontinue the titles or sell the copyright to other companies which may be interested.
