Hays talked of NAZ 2800 for late 2001; it was 1680 ish on 9/10...never mind what happened later (unpredictable terrorist bombings). Does one really think it could have ascended 1000 pts from 9/10 levels when the S&P actually broke the 3/22 lows on 9/10 (! rarely reported) which they said would NEVER break? thestreet.com
