Dai- thanks for your analysis. Guess I need to read the whole filings in the future. I am baffled why they put out such a lucrative deal for shareholders last July. Didn't make any sense unless they were looking for a quick pump to sell into. $1 a share dividend when the stock was much lower just to get people to hang on for a year? (esp. when they didn't have to hold it but just had to buy back in before July 2002.)
Have you ever seen a dividend structured like this before in BB land? TIA
