The terror-sponsoring nations have decided that maybe they should keep their heads down after Afghanistan. Au contraire. Syria continues to sponsor Hezbollah. Iran sponsors Hamas. Saddam raised the death benefit for families of suicide bombers. The Saudis have telethons to raise millions for families of suicide bombers. North Korean technicians are assisting Iran in their quest to develop longer range missiles and the Ayatollah of Iran has said publicly that as soon as they develop a nuclear device Tel Aviv is history. There's a $25000 bounty on westerners in Afghanistan, the Pakistani intelligence service is probably still sponsoring terror in Kashmir and Arafat hasn't told the truth since...oh....1967. You call that laying low?
