Hi Ann,

Re: If you must protest something, why not make it meaningful & fight drug pushers or sleazy porn sites on the internet.

Be careful, you hypocrisies might just be showing. When it comes to fighting drug pushers, it seems that there's good evidence that the BushFamily(TM) LLC does just the opposite. They hire them. Men like Richard Secord, William Casey and other CIA operatives were either found guilty and pardoned, or deeply implicated in pushing drugs into America's inner cities, destroying unfavored communities in the process.

Tell me if you think this video is untruthful:

guerrillanews.com

I think you will find that the Bush family has just as ambivalent an attitude about drugs as did Queen Victoria, in the years prior to China's "Opium War", caused by Britain's cynical efforts to addict people of color.

As far as pornography is concerned, some of the biggest pushers of porn are AOL and WorldCom's UUNet division. They are key Republican contributors. They aren't bashful about making their money matter in Washington, and it is money that comes from selling sleaze. Doesn't this hypocrisy trouble you? It sure makes me mad.

Just wondering, Ray
