Hi Joel, I understand quite a few people are considering NZ as foxhole. NZ may be UN designated refugee spot per Maurice's desire on UN rule. Some future refugee tells me USD 400k will buy a 12 hectare winery, USD 300k a 2 hectare fruit plantation, and USD 300k a grand mansion w/ ocean view; the sum of all three equates to 60% of a 1550 sqf apartment in HK, or a fistful of watches.
