American Spirit, Kerry's not going to get the nomination. As was the case is 1992, demographics is destiny. The Democrats will only win with a Southern strategy. John Edwards, untainted by scandal to date, is the Dems best hope for the top slot. He's telegenic and appealing. He's being groomed, and I'm not sure what sort of smear campaign the Republicans can mount. Though I'm certain they are working on finding some sin diligently. Just like they took down Ed Muskie, and that Senator from Missouri on a bogus psychological smear a couple decades ago. *********************************************************** As for how discredited the self-dealing nature of BushFamily Oil Trusts(TM) LLC happens to be, I can only hope that the Democratic mudslingers come out strong on the nature of corruption that completely overwhelms the present Mal-administration with the sour stench of sulphur laden "reserves".
