It depends how you look at it
from a genetic point of view, it is a problem
when the best and the brightest become too 'smart" to reproduce effectively, you might have a problem
or you might not
it all depends what you want
I prefer the company of educated people, and wish they would breed more
some people who are produced in uneducated families do become educated, but not at the rate I like to see
