Z, that's because they are not sure that the Taliban are gone for good. Because the Taliban are mostly gone, does not mean the Afghans feel safe. Many men shaved their goatees......others left them on again not because they like them but its a way of playing it both ways just in case.

Hmmmm.......that was pretty easy. May be you would like to fukk with democracy and freedom.......let me see, we'll take away the right to vote but you can always vote in an internet poll. That's still a kind of democracy. Won't be as easy as terrorist was but it's doable.
