Basis.

Well...I'm not sure what you're referring to.

1) That NetApp gear was in fact for sale on EBay, so there is a basis for that statement.

2) I've done that search previously on E-Bay, and never saw that many pieces of NetApp gear for sale, so there is a basis for that statement...but at any rate,

3)I'm not certain how I could possibly make it any more clear that I'm guessing, when I say, and I quote "but if I had to guess, I vote for 'above'.". Since I plainly state that it's my opinion, that's all the basis I need to make that statement.

As you may or may not have noticed, the computer hardware business is in a full-fledged depression these days. I've commented several times on the intense competition between vendors in all areas - storage included.

Have I covered all the basis? [pun intended]
