Exall has just learned that all of the officers and directors of Glimmer Resources Inc., the other participant in the Glimmer mine joint venture, resigned on Dec. 6, 2001. The shares of Glimmer Resources, which were listed on CDNX, were cease-traded on the same day, Dec. 6, 2001. Exall continues to pursue its claims against Glimmer Resources. Although it continues to be required to deal with these issues, Exall is confident that with an improving gold market the project will once again become economically viable." (c) Copyright 2002 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com The bulk of the paragraph is posssible posturing; however the HOPE for Glimmer shareholders lie in the last line of the paragraph, "Exall is confident that with an improving gold market the project will once again become economically viable". I speculate that the resignations are tied up (linked) to the cease trade to avoid any law suits. Once the company is ready to go back into production, they could make the filing and re-start to pay their creditors and be back in business in no time. Like hundreds of juniors have done before. It is not rocket science. For those of you looking for a synopsis of what has transpired with EXL/GME with respect to the Glimmer gold mine, you cna find an excellent on on the Stockwatch chat site.
