Bernie has shown his style by acquiring the entirety of Space Systems/Loral once it began churning out some serious cash flow. I expect him to the same with GSTRF once it turns out some bucks, and that dilutes out pure play in the project.

After that, I expect LOR to be a tempting target for a hostile takeover, and how's Bernie going to the fight that, unless he has the allied resistance of a majority of the shareholders? My memory of such attacks persuades me that the shareholders cave if they're offered a quick buck.

I regret sounding pessimistic about this outcome, but I've seen it before and I hope it doesn't happen.
