Oops.. you got that right I meant to say it is not enough. However an RSI in the 30's it can indicate a direction change is coming. Conversely when you see a tag or better yet a penetration of an upper Bollinger Band and an RSI of 70 or more it can indicate it could be time to turn lower.

So therefore I think the VIX is likely to pull back.

And as you said in your last post the SOX could turn higher with the hammer on your chart and dogi hammer on mine. Could is the operative word.

Also one of your other statements in a previous posts was about MACD. I don't think MACD is a leading indicator at all so waiting for it to turn positive can cause an investor to miss a large proportion of a gain. Of course it can in many cases also reduce an investor's chance of losing a lot more money.

To be honest I am really concerned that we could go yet lower on the SOX. All the way to 500 again.

I am sure you have seen this information on sector rotation, economic cycles and SPDR's:

stockcharts.com

It shows us still a while from seeing an actual economic recovery. By the way did you sign up for a membership at this site?

equitytrader.com

I really like what they are doing but I do not know if it is worth the money?

Thanks, RtS
