Has there ever been any other reason, for any IPO, ever?

Comon. The entire purpose of being a public company is because it allows insiders to experience huge profits through selling stock. The "Raising money for operations" scam is just a huge lie. That's what the bond markets are for.

IPO= fleecing of J6P. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no reason to IPO for any company EXCEPT to rip off retail investors. Unless you know of a reason I can't think of?

Wasn't that the reason they did IPO, so they could dump their shares?
