Ret, I don't even think much of the small or mid cap indices. They don't seem to reflect that universe, IMHO. It is a lot like folks saying that "intl. was terrible last year." Meanwhile, Russian, Korea, India, Mexico, Malaysia, and many others were running to the Moon. Yes, Germany, Japan, France and Italy were down and they dominate indices, but that isn't a true picture of the entire world.
