Roger Waters still tours although not often, I don't think he is out this summer.

I saw the Roger Waters 'The Wall' show in Berlin in 1990. I was backpacking Europe with a friend and we scored tickets before we left the US. It was a crazy show, so many people (300,000+) and we were awake for 36 hours. The trains to Berlin the day/night before were packed, even though we had bought tickets, we were forced to ride in the space between cars with wind blowing in, making sleep impossible. It was worth it, as that was an experience I will never forget.
