60 Minutes reported that rtix is illegally using a not for profit tissue bank in wisc. as a front to solicit human parts that it re-sells.

also i noticed this in Fridays sec filing-
"We also recently were advised by the Securities and Exchange Commission that they have opened an informal inquiry with respect to the facts relating to the class action lawsuits. At present, we do not know the amounts, if any, that we may be required to pay with respect to the above legal proceedings. It is possible, however, that such amounts could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition. We also cannot say whether there will be any adverse consequences to us arising from the SEC’s inquiry. "
